Complaints Procedure

Genix Healthcare takes all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.

If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.

You can also complain directly to your local Primary Care Trust. For further advice contact the Patient Advice Liaison Services (PALS) on 0800 0525270.

By Road
From the A19 take the turning for A1130, at the roundabout take the exit onto A1130 Levick Crescent, turn left onto A1032 Acklam Road, turn right onto Ayresome Green Lane, bear left onto Ayresome Street and turn left onto Linthorpe Road. Arrive at your destination.
