It is simple to sign up for one of our Dental Care Patient Plans. Genix’s dental patient plans are typically delivered through the following steps:

• Enrolment: you sign up for a plan that suits your needs, and our treatment coordinators and reception team will be happy to guide you in choosing the most suitable option. Our affordable Plan fees are debited directly from the bank account of your choice.
• Regular check-ups: you attend your Genix Practice for scheduled visits for routine examinations and hygiene appointments.
• Preventive treatments: children may also benefit from preventive care such as fluoride treatments, fissure sealants and other measures recommended by the dentist.
• Treatment planning: if issues are detected, a treatment plan is created, and you can benefit from a 10% discount on routine dentistry, depending on your plan.
• Follow-up care: regular follow-ups help with the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of your oral health.

• To make the most of your dental care plan, maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and flossing every day.
• Maintain a healthy diet by limiting sugary foods and drinks, and eating balanced meals.
• Avoid harmful habits and refrain from smoking and excessive alcohol consumption
• Ensure regular dental visits, and keep to your recommended schedule of check-ups, hygiene appointments and treatments.
